Abstract

One way for people to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in indoor and outdoor activities is by using body temperature detection. People who have a body temperature higher than the measurement limit are prohibited from mingling with other people because they have a high probability of being infected with the virus and can transmit it to other people. Manual checks in public places can cause officers to potentially contract the virus and can spread it to other visitors more quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an automatic body temperature measurement system by displaying the results of the measurements on a screen and automatic door as a further prevention step, and temperature data can be stored in a database to help make the right decisions in preventing the spread of Covid-19 in that place. The implementation stages of the activities include: Data Collection, Preparation of Technology Design and Purchase of Materials, Product Manufacturing, Product Testing, Product Evaluation. An Android application for an automatic door control system using a body temperature measurement sensor can be developed into an even better tool. The development of this prototype will be developed by adding a PIR sensor and system modifications. The addition of a PIR sensor is used to increase the security of the tool to detect only human body temperature which can be recorded in order to minimize data errors. The system modifications made can be used for initial examination assessments with body temperature and also the addition of a system for measuring body weight and height to complete the assessment data.

Abstract

Daily life includes the use of computers as electronic devices that are common in offices, libraries, schools, and shopping malls. However, users often face problems when the computer's hard drive encounters problems. As a non-formal educational institution that offers computer courses and training, Yayasan Sentra Anugrah Mandiri also experienced problems with hard drives of various brands and capacities. The technician checks and fixes the problem manually. Three people are usually responsible for monitoring twenty computers. If there is a problem, it is then reported to the administrator responsible for organizing the repair process. In this study, a website-based expert system is proposed that uses a similar approach to overcome these problems and improve the efficiency of handling hard drive problems. Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, and Revise are the four steps in the Case Base Reasoning (CBR) method.

Abstract

With multimedia-based technology, this is one area that is commonly used in learning methods. Computers also provide 3-dimensional (3D) technology which can become a new interest for students in the teaching and learning process. One of them is Marching Training (PBB). This application discusses marching, the benefits and objectives and regulations of marching. Therefore, a tool is needed to help learn commands and marching rules. So that a child can more quickly capture and understand what is conveyed through an interesting picture. In this way, students' interest in learning can be more motivated and can increase children's knowledge in using computers. Design is a creative activity towards something new and useful that did not exist before. According to Al-Bahra (2005: 51), design is the ability to create several alternative problem solutions. Meanwhile, according to Azhar Susanto (2004: 332), design is a general and detailed specification of computer-based problem solving that has been selected during the analysis stage.

Abstract

The annual global death toll due to cardiovascular diseases, which fall into the category of heart and blood vessel disorders, reaches 17.9 million lives. This undoubtedly requires more attention in order to anticipate the potential risk of heart attacks that can affect anyone at any time. Data analysis or data mining approaches have become a significant contribution in the field of information technology to provide valuable information regarding the risk of heart diseases. Data analysis using the K-Nearest Neighbor and Logistic Regression algorithms is expected to provide information related to the susceptibility category for heart diseases, such as age susceptibility, gender, cholesterol levels, and so on. With the information obtained from this data analysis, it is hoped that it can serve as a reference and consideration for individuals to be more vigilant in maintaining their health. The results indicate that the highest correlation with susceptibility to heart disease is based on a person's age and their body weight. The correlation coefficient between these two variables is 0.37, suggesting a relationship between a person's age and their body weight, which can make them more susceptible to heart disease. Testing with both algorithms shows a high level of accuracy, with K-Nearest Neighbor achieving an accuracy rate of 0.95, while Logistic Regression has an accuracy of 0.96.
